Quality Response Coordinator

Overview

The Quality Response Coordinator is responsible for the following core functions: handles customer complaints; responds to customers with corrective and preventative action; maintains monthly complaint report summaries and trending; and assists the Quality Systems Director and VP of QA/RA in providing technical support regarding customer complaints to all operating departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, written, oral and computer skills. Previous customer service and conflict resolution skills are a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Handle complaints and respond to customer with corrective and preventative action.
• Maintain and send monthly complaint report summary and graph to management personnel.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly/yearly graphs to trend complaints.
• Trend monthly specification deviations.
• Trend monthly report for Venodyne.
• Assist the Quality Systems Director and VP of Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance in providing technical support, regarding customer complaints, to all operating departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Background Preferred

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess good oral and written skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical functions including percents and fractions.
• Ability to carry out instruction in written or verbal form using common sense and solve problems with limited concrete variables.
